Click on the HELP link in the top right corner to get fast and easy explanations of each page of the Control Panel.

The fastest and easiest way to get help is by visiting the Context Help page first. If you cannot find help for what you are looking for, you can contact us through the Ticket System, through Live Chat or by phone. For each section, we have described the complete functionality in text fields in the Control Panel. This is called description Context Help.

The easiest way for understanding the logic behind this, please follow each step below:

1. Go to the members login page.

2. Log in with the username and password that you received with the confirmation mail when you signed up for our services.

3. Each section in the Control Panel has a Help section. From the sectioned called “Site Manager”, click on the “Hosted Domains”. At the right corner of the table with hosted domains, there is a link called “Help”. When clicking on it, you will get a drop-down window with relevant Context Help. In the relevant Help section carefully read the instructions and everything will be much easier.

Contextual Help
On some Control Panel pages, there are also context help available. If you want to learn more about a specific Control Panel page, look for the links on the right section:

• Video Tutorials - when you click on Video Tutorials, a new window will open with a tutorial for this page.

• Help- when you click on the Help link, a hidden section will display tips for using this page. While the Help section is open, the rest of the page below the section will be forced downwards. To close the Help section, you simply click on the Help link again.
