If you
cannot find the answer to your question in our To open a ticket in our
Ticketing System is very easy. A support member from our ServeU Webhost team
will help you and you will receive the information you are looking for within
maximum of one hour after the ticket has been opened by you. Notice: Before opening a
support ticket, please read the relevant section information from the
Contextual Help, Video Tutorials and the F.A.Q sections. To open a ticket, please do the following step: 1. Go to the members login page. 2. Log in with the username
and password that you received in the confirmation mail when you signed up for our
services. 3. When you have logged into the Control Panel, point the mouse over the Support link in the top left corner of the navigation menu. This will result in a drop-down menu which will display the following options: F.A.Q., Open New Ticket, View Opened Tickets, View Closed Tickets and Video Tutorials. Click on the Open New Ticket link to procced.
4. The opened page displays a form
that you should complete before sending a help request, called ticket, to our Customer
Support staff. Please fill out all fields carefully because the more accurate information
you can provide, the more precise our reply will be. When you have completed the
form, please press the Submit button to send the ticket to our Customer Support
staff. To view tickets already opened, click on the View Open Tickets link in the

In the F.A.Q. section, there
is a Request Help link which will direct you to the same new-ticket form, to describe
the problem you are having and place the inquiry.
Viewing Opened Tickets This page displays all the tickets
you have opened, it includes detailed information about each subject, status and
the average response time for each ticket, it also shows the date on which it was
opened.
In the opened page, there will
be a list displayed which shows all the tickets that you have submitted. You review
the contents of the tickets by simply clicking on its number, subject or more info
link.
