The easiest way to get familiar with our Control Panel is by watching any of our 40 step by step movies.

For ServeU Webhost client’s convenience, we have supplied our site with over 40 movies that explain each functionality of a section in the ServeU Webhost Control Panel (CP).

When you have read the texts explaining the functionality of each Control Panel section located in the Contextual Help page, we recommend you to visit the Video Tutorials section. This way will help you to fully understand how the Control Panel operates.

To find the Video Tutorials in the ServeU Webhost Control panel, do the following steps:

1. Go to the members login page.

2. Log in with the username and password that you received in the confirmation mail when signing up with our services.

3. When you have logged into the Control Panel, click on the Support link in the top left corner of the navigation menu. This will result in a dropdown menu, which will display the following options: Video Tutorials, Open New Ticket, View Opened Tickets, F.A.Q. and View Closed Tickets. Go to Video Tutorials.

Video Tutorials

An animated presentation, which shows what you need to do to use a specific feature of the Control Panel.

When clicking on a tutorial, it opens in a new page. Please notice that on each of the tutorial window, there are two helpful navigation elements:

• A progress bar, from which you can go to a specific screen of the tutorial
• Rewind, back, play/ pause, forward and exit buttons.
