Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email box accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages based on specific rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply choose the mailbox you want to forward electronic mails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
