1. Log in to the web hosting control panel and go to Databases > MySQL Databases.
2. In the list, find the database that you want to back up, and click the Backup button.
The database will be backed up and saved immediately. You will also automatically be redirected to the File Manager and to the folder where your database backup has been stored. If you want, you can right-click on the backup-file, and download it to your computer.
